3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) paprika
1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) chili powder
1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
1 English cucumber, peeled and cubed
1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
2 tomatoes, diced
1 red bell pepper, cut into wedges
1/2 cup (125 ml) oil-packed pitted black olives, drained
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) blanched green beans, cut into 1/2-inch (1-cm) pieces
2 cans 170 g tuna chunks, drained
2 tablespoons (30 ml) capers, rinsed and drained
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 cup (60 ml) lemon juice
1/3 cup (75 ml) olive oil
3 tablespoons (45 ml) fresh basil, chopped
2 tablespoons (30 ml) fresh oregano, chopped
1 head romaine lettuce, shredded
