Ингредиенты

  • 1 can 170 g flaked tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mayonnaise
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • Pepper
  • 4 slices whole-wheat bread
  • 2 slices white bread
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) oil-packed black olives, coarsely chopped (optional)
  • 2 Boston or curly lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled, sliced
  • Toothpick

Инструкция

  1. In a bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise and green onion. Season with pepper.
  2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. On a slice of whole-wheat bread, spread some of the tuna mixture and garnish with olives. Cover with a slice of white bread. Layer the lettuce, tomato and egg. Finish with a slice of whole-wheat bread.
  4. Cut the sandwiches diagonally into triangles and secure with toothpicks.
