Ингредиенты

  • 3 large onions, chopped
  • 5 1/2 lb (2.5 kg) beef brisket (brisket point) covered all around by approximately 1/4-inch (1/2-cm) of fat (deckle)
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) soy sauce
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) honey
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) paprika
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dry mustard
  • Pepper
