Mojito

Instructions

   With a mortar and pestle, muddle the mint leaves with the sugar.

   In a pitcher, combine the club soda, rum, lime juice and muddled mint and sugar.

   Put 5 ice cubes and 1 lime wedge in each glass. Pour the mojito into the glasses. Serve immediately.
