Mint and Citrus Gin Fizz
Ингредиенты
- 1 oz (30 ml) gin
- 1 oz (30 ml) cane syrup
- 1 oz (30 ml) grapefruit juice
- ½ oz (15 ml) lemon juice
- ½ oz (15 ml) lime juice
- Ice cubes
- 1 mint sprig
- ½ cup (125 ml) grapefruit-flavoured sparkling water

- In a stemless wineglass or tall glass, combine the gin, syrup and citrus juices. Fill the glass halfway with ice cubes. Add the mint. Top off with the sparkling water.
