  • 16 dried figs, halved
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) Marsala wine

  1. In a small saucepan, bring figs and wine to a boil. Simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes or until figs have almost entirely absorbed liquid. Let cool completely.
  2. Serve with cheese. Keeps for 2 weeks in the refrigerator.
