Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) water
  • 1 cup (250 ml) couscous
  • Salt
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) honey
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) canola oil
  • Grated zest of 1 orange
  • 1 cup (250 ml) supremes of orange
  • 1 cup (250 ml) fresh raspberries, whole
  • 1 cup (250 ml) fresh strawberries, quartered
  • 1 nectarine, pitted and diced
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh mint, finely chopped
  • Mint leaves for garnish

  1. In a small saucepan or microwave, bring the water to a boil. Remove from the heat and add the couscous. Season with salt and stir. Cover and let rest for 5 minutes.
