Ингредиенты

  • 1 large pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) butter
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) medium or hot curry powder
  • 1 mango, peeled and finely sliced
  • 1 cup (250 ml) 15% cooking cream
  • Salt and pepper

Инструкция

  1. Preheat the oven to 190 °C (375 °F).
  2. In an ovenproof skillet, brown the pork in the butter. Add the onions and cook for 1 minute. Add the curry, mango and cream. Season with salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Bake in the oven for about 18 minutes for medium-rare.
  3. Serve with basmati rice and the vegetable of your choice.
