L’Orléans (Strawberry and Tarragon Cocktail)

   In a cocktail shaker, using a muddler, crush the strawberries and tarragon leaves to extract as much juice and flavour as possible.

   Add the elderflower liqueur, vodka, lemon juice, salt and a few ice cubes. Mix vigorously for 1 minute. Strain into a chilled Champagne coupe or martini glass. Garnish with strawberries, if desired.
