With a mortar and pestle or in a small food processor, pulse almonds into small pieces.

Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly. Place in a small bowl. Pour olive oil in another bowl. Serve with bread cubes to first soak in oil then press in dukkah.

Dukkah can be kept for 1 week in the refrigerator.
