Iced Calijo and Maple Sugar Cocktail

   In a blender, purée the ice cubes with the diced apple, apple brandy, maple sugar and verjus until smooth.

   Pour into a glass. Garnish with apple slices. Serve with Sweet and Salty Popcorn with Herbs.
