  • Oat and honey crackers
  • Ripe pear, cored and sliced, for serving

  1. In a small food processor, combine the cottage cheese with the honey until smooth and creamy. Transfer into an airtight container. Cover and refrigerate. The whipped cottage cheese will keep for 5 days in the refrigerator.
  2. Spread the whipped cottage cheese over the crackers. Top with pear slices and a drizzle of honey.
