  • 4 large carrots, cut into thin sticks
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
  • Salt and pepper

  1. With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  2. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients. Spread the carrots evenly on the baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. Roast until tender and lightly browned, about 25 minutes.
