  • 1 green apple, unpeeled, seeded and diced
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) lime juice (about ½ lime)
  • 3 cups (525 g) seedless green grapes, halved
  • 2 kiwis, peeled and diced
  • ½ tsp lime zest, finely grated (about ½ lime)
  • 2 tbsp sugar

  1. In a bowl, toss the apple with the lime juice to prevent browning.
  2. In another bowl, combine the remaining fruit with the lime zest and sugar. Add the apple and let sit for 15 minutes or until the sugar has dissolved.

This is a simple fruit salad that the kids can help prep!
