3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
2 tablespoons (30 ml) red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon (15 ml) maple syrup
1 teaspoon (5 ml) whole-grain mustard
Salt and pepper
5 cups (1.25 litres) mixed green lettuce
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) leaves of different basil varieties (Thai, Greek, purple, common)
1/2 cup (125 ml) flat leaf parsley leaves
1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh chives, cut into 1/2-inch (1-cm) pieces
