Herb and Chili Pepper Sauce (Zhoug)

Instructions

    In a blender, purée all of the ingredients into a fairly smooth paste.

    Transfer to an airtight container. The zhoug will keep for 3 days in the refrigerator. Delicious served with white fish or with our corncob papillote with spice butter.
