Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) water
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup (105 g) sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 Lebanese cucumbers, thinly sliced with a mandolin
  • 1 1/2 lb (675 g) halibut, cut into 4 pieces, or 4 turbot fillets
  • Salt and pepper

  1. In a saucepan, bring all the ingredients, except for the cucumber, to a boil. Add the cucumber slices and remove from the heat. Cover and marinate for 1 hour. Drain.
