Ground Beef-Stuffed Dinner Rolls

    In a large pot, combine all of the ingredients except for the dinner rolls. Bring to a boil. Simmer over medium-low heat for 30 minutes or until the liquid has completely evaporated, stirring a few times. Season with salt and pepper.

    With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

    Make an incision in the top of each bun without going all the way through to the bottom. Fill with the meat mixture. Place the filled buns on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until the bread is hot and crispy. Cover with foil if needed.
