Ингредиенты

  • ½ cup (125 ml) chili sauce
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) piri-piri sauce (see note)
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) honey
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 lb (450 g) firm or extra- firm tofu, cut into ½ inch (1 cm) thick slices
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) olive oil
  • 1 red pepper, seeded and cut into 12 wedges
  • 1 yellow pepper, seeded and cut into 12 wedges
  • 1 large red onion, cut into 12 wedges
  • A few lettuce leaves, to taste
  • 1 avocado, cut into 8 wedges
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

  1. In a small pot, combine all of the ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat.
