Ингредиенты

  • 6 quail
  • 1 cup (250 ml) plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) grated fresh ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 small oignon, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) curry powder
  • 2,1/2 teaspoon (5 ml) turmeric
  • 2,1/2 teaspoon (5 ml) salt
  • 6 wood skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

  1. Set the quail on a cutting board and, using a chef’s knife or poultry shears, cut out their backbones. Open the birds flat. Set aside.
