Ингредиенты

  • 3 cups (750 ml) bean sprouts
  • 1 unripe mango, peeled and cut into julienne
  • 1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into thin strips
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mirin
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fish sauce (nuoc mam)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) sambal oelek
  • 2 Curried Chicken breast halved, cooked, chilled, and sliced
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh mint (optional)

  1. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients except for the chicken and mint. Serve the curried chicken with the green mango salad. Sprinkle with the mint.
