1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp (5 ml) sambal oelek
1 lb (450 g) firm tofu, cubed and patted dry
2 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup (60 ml) canola oil
4 green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp finely chopped fresh ginger
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
