  • 1 cup (140 g) various frozen fruits (such as strawberries, mango, raspberries, etc.) or 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey or sugar
