In a small food processor, pulse all of the ingredients a few seconds at a time until the mixture has a sandy texture or like that of fine salt.

Delicious on fresh vegetables, hard-boiled eggs, fish, fries, grilled meats or bread. The salt will keep for 3 weeks in an airtight container at room temperature.
