1 chicken, about 2 kg (4 1/2 lb)
15 ml (1 tbsp) breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
125 ml (1/2 cup) chicken broth
60 ml (1/4 cup) ice wine or Sauternes
30 ml (2 tbsp) flour
