Ингредиенты

  • 4 cups (1 litre) loosely packed basil leaves, rinsed and patted dry
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) pine nuts, toasted
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) flax seed, grinded
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) olive oil
  • Salt and pepper

  1. In a food processor, finely chop the basil, garlic, pine nuts, flax seeds and cheese. Pour the oil in a stream until the mixture is creamy and slightly grainy.
  2. Season with salt and pepper.
