- 1/4 cup (60 ml) oil-packed black olives, drained and chopped
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) paprika
- 1 pinch allspice
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) milk
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 cups (750 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) salt
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
- 1 egg

- In a bowl, combine 250 ml (1 cup) of diced tomatoes with 45 ml (3 tablespoons) of onion, 15 ml (1 tablespoon) of pepper, the cilantro and lime juice. Season with salt and pepper. Keep in the refrigerator.
