In a blender, combine all the ingredients, except for the nutmeg. Pour into a pitcher and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours.

Just before serving, lightly froth the preparation with a hand blender.

Pour into shot glasses and sprinkle with nutmeg. Serve very cold.
