Dalgona Iced Coffee
This is what has been trending lately: dalgona coffee! Whipped instant coffee served over cold milk, it is great to make while social distancing.

In a bowl, combine the sugar, coffee and water. Whip with an electric mixer for 10 to 15 minutes, or until the texture thickens and resembles whipped cream. Set aside.

Divide the ice among two glasses and add the milk or chocolate milk.

Top with the whipped coffee and serve immediately.
