Dairy-Free Strawberry, Watermelon and Coconut Smoothie

In a personal blender fitted with the grinding blade, purée the strawberries, watermelon, almond beverage and maple syrup.

Add half of the yogurt to a large glass. Pour in half of the smoothie mixture. Repeat with the remaining yogurt and smoothie. Stir with a spoon to create a marbled effect. Garnish with fresh strawberries, coconut flakes and almonds, if desired. Serve immediately.
