Preheat the oven to 180 °C (350 °F).

Separate the two layers of the pitas by cutting around the edges with scissors.

In a bowl, blend the spices. Brush the pita with the oil and sprinkle with the spice mixture. Place on a baking sheet. Bake for about 7 minutes or until crisp.

Serve with Lentil Soup.
