With the rack in the middle position, preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Season with salt. Spread the mixture out on the baking sheet. Cook for 25 minutes or until the rice is golden and crispy, stirring halfway through cooking.
