    Add a dash of absinthe to two martini glasses. Rotate the glasses to coat the surface and drain any excess back into the bottle.

    In a cocktail shaker, combine the gin, Lillet, Cointreau, lemon juice and ice. Shake vigorously. Strain into the glasses and garnish with the orange zest.
