Coney Island Iced Tea

- Iced cubes
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vodka
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) gin
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cognac
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Triple Sec
- 1/2 cup (125 ml) sparkling apple juice
- 1 long strip orange zest

- Pour all the ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice. Stir.
- Serve with two straws.
