Ингредиенты

  • 1 cup (250 ml) port wine
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
  • 1 wheel Alexis de Portneuf brie cheese

  1. In a saucepan, bring the port and honey to a boil. Reduce until syrupy. Cover and let cool completely.
  2. Place the cheese in a serving dish. Drizzle the port wine syrup and a little honey over the cheese. Serve with slices of fresh or toasted bread.
