Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups (625 ml) cooked chicken broken into pieces
  • 2 tomatoes, seeded and cut into thin wedges
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 6 cups (1.5 litres) shredded romaine lettuce
  • 4 to 6 boiled eggs, cut in half
  • 6 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
