  • 2 cups (500 ml) brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 cup (250 ml) 35% cream

Инструкция

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl or large measuring cup, combine brown sugar and cream with a fork.
  2. Cook sauce for 3 minutes. Stir and continue cooking for 4 minutes. Let cool for about 15 minutes.
  3. Serve over fruit (sliced apples or bananas, strawberries, pineapple, etc.), white cake or ice cream.
