  • 1/2 cup (25 g) cilantro
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) tahini
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) water
  • 1 tbsp (15 ml) lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper

  1. In a small food processor, combine all the ingredients and purée until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate until ready to serve.
