Ингредиенты

  • 6 oz (170 g) milk chocolate, chopped (about 250 ml/1 cup)
  • 1 cup (250 ml) 35% cream
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) unbleached all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) baking soda
  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 11/4 cups (310 ml) sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) milk

Инструкция

  1. Place chocolate in a bowl. In a saucepan, bring cream to a boil. Pour hot cream over chocolate and let melt for about 1 minute. With a whisk, stir until smooth. Cover with plastic wrap directly on cream. Refrigerate for about 8 hours or 4 hours by placing bowl over ice, to speed up cooling.
