Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 cups (195 g) icing sugar
  • 1 cup (225 g) unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 oz (85 g) dark chocolate, melted and cooled
  • 3 tbsp cocoa powder, sifted

  1. In a bowl, whisk together all of the ingredients with an electric mixer for 3 minutes or until the icing is smooth and creamy. Use a spatula to scrape the bottom and sides of the bowl a few times.
