Ингредиенты

  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) white wine
  • 1 cup (250 ml) chicken broth
  • 1 cup (250 ml) water
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 8 branches fresh thyme
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 shallots, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) honey
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) blood orange juice (about 4 oranges)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) cold butter
  • Supremes of 2 blood oranges
  • Salt and pepper

  1. In a saucepan, bring all ingredients except the chicken to a boil. Season generously with salt and pepper. Add the chicken and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the heat and cover. Let stand for 10 minutes. Drain.
