In a pot, bring all of the ingredients to a boil while whisking. Season with salt. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has reduced to 1 cup (250 ml).

Set aside 6 tbsp (90 ml) of the sauce in a small bowl until ready to serve.

A dish that’ll leave you with dirty fingers, but that no one will ever complain about.
