  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) green onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/4 avocado, thinly sliced 

  • Juice of 1/2 lime 

  • 2 slices whole grain bread
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) chopped cooked chicken
  • 1/4 mango, peeled and thinly sliced 

  • 1 leaf Boston lettuce 

  • Salt and pepper
