Ingredients

1/2 cup (125 ml) mayonnaise
1/2 cup (35 g) Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice
2 tsp (10 ml) capers, drained and finely chopped
1 tsp anchovy paste
4 large tortillas, about 9 inches (23 cm) in diameter
8 leaves romaine lettuce
8 slices bacon, cooked until crisp  
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and thinly sliced
1 to 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
