Cereal-Crusted French Toast

Got extra cereal in abundance? Use those leftovers as a crust for your breakfast French toast!

Instructions

    In a bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar and egg. Set aside.

    Spread the crushed cereal out on a plate.

  3. 3

    Soak one slice of bread at a time in the egg mixture. Drain and coat in the crushed cereal.

    In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, brown the bread on both sides in the butter. Serve immediately.
