Ингредиенты

  • 8 cups (2 litres) cauliflower cut into florets
  • 1 cup (250 ml) of water, approximately

Инструкция

  1. In a pot of boiling water, cook the cauliflower until tender. Place in ice water to stop the cooking. Drain.
  2. In a food processor, purée until smooth, adding water as needed.
