Ингредиенты

  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) labneh
  • 1 pinch sumac (optional)
  • 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
  • Olive oil, to taste
  • 2 tsp dill, finely chopped
  • 12 thin carrots, peeled and cut in half lengthwise

Инструкция

  1. Stir the labneh with a fork until smooth and place in a small bowl. Garnish with the sumac, pomegranate, oil and dill.
  2. Arrange the carrots in a large plate. Serve with the labneh.

These carrot tops served with a labneh dip make a great snack or appetizer!
