  • 3/4 cup (180 ml) parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) sugar
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable oil
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper
