Ингредиенты

  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons (10 ml) brown sugar
  • 1 large Vidalia onion, peeled and cut into three 3/4-inch (2-cm) thick slices
  • 3 tablespoons (45 ml) olive oil
  • 8 cups (2 litres) mesclun lettuce
  • 1 log 125 g goat cheese, thinly sliced (soft surface ripened cheese)
  • 8 long and thin baguette slices, grilled with olive oil
