  • 1/2 cup (125 ml) unsweetened almond beverage
  • 3 tbsp (45 ml) natural almond butter
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted and quartered
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp puffed quinoa
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • A few fresh raspberries

  1. In a small food processor, blend the almond beverage, almond butter and dates until smooth (don’t worry if there are still small pieces of dates visible). Transfer to a bowl.
  2. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Garnish with the hemp and pumpkin seeds, puffed quinoa, banana and raspberries.
